New Design.

I know it's been a while since I've managed to have stock in the store since our move, but I have once again added more stock with previous designs, and also including this brand new tote, It's not what you look at that matters, it's what you see. Very handy for the Summer months coming up to use as a beach bag!

New Release Totes.

Pretty happy to be sharing a couple new release totes with you all today. I know it's been a little while coming, but finally I have all four tote designs ready for purchase from my shop :) So many ideas are still brewing in my head, so this is only the start of much bigger things to come in the future! I've only done a limited print run of these designs, so get in quick to score the tote you want.

Introducing the See Me Everywhere Tote bags!

If you have been following my blog for a while, you would know I have been waiting for the day to make a start and open my own shop filled with self-designed creations. I found that I have a big passion for screen printing, so near the end of last year decided to invest in my own frames and equipment. It has been a process to find the time to actually invest into this, as screen printing by hand can take a while and a lot of patience is required. But it is so much fun when you see your designs come to life, it's worth the time and effort!

So I am glad to be sharing with you all that I have the You & Me and the You Had Me At Hello (featured above) totes for sale here! Limited stock for my first run of stock, so get in quick (just in time for Valentine's Day)! I will be working at creating some new product and reruns of the same designs in the next month, so keep your eyes open :)

The best part of working in our little shop is trying on the newest additions as they land in store. One of my favourite designer brands, A&C, had their latest collections come in these last two weeks and I have been drooling over the Brown Feather collection! So hard to resist taking these pieces home with me!

It's such a hard thing to be working in our little store sometimes. Seeing so much pretty stuff come in, it get's hard to keep your hands off it and refrain from taking half the shop home with you. Fortunately, while we are still renting, we don't have that much extra space, so I can justify not getting too many homewares. But I am absolutely in love with these latest pieces we got in these last couple of weeks, I just had to share with you all!

Gran's Loose Change is a very cute little online shop, based here in New Zealand, that offer a large selection of vintage finds for guys and gals. These are just a few snippets of a recent shoot they did for their shop, which I found rather darling!

I secretly would love to have a photoshoot in a grass field such as this, the colours are just stunning and makes me happy! Oh the small things in life that excite us ay :)

Designer Deer Heads.

A couple of weeks ago I was introduced to this amazing Australian online store, Rawspace, when a friend of mine purchased one of these amazing designer deer heads for her bedroom. Wow! I love how the some-what over saturated deer image, has been totally transformed into a whole new design concept, by using a range of patterns and colours to create a very abstract version. How gorgeous, one of these definitely belong in my house :)

If you have been following my blog for a while, you will know that I am involved with running this beautiful little jewellery and giftware store. Since we don't have an online store yet, I thought it fun to showcase some of my favourite pieces every now and again. And lucky I have gorgeous Amanda working with me, as we always have a bit of fun scanning through the shop finding little treasures to wear.

Also, got a little surprise from Amanda today, which I just had to share as well...a yummy sweet treat from Amanda's baking adventures yesterday, a French Macaron! And boy, can I say that was devine! My first taste of a Macaron, so I am looking forward to making these babies soon too :)

Plate Love.

This gorgeous little shop Ninainvorm has the sweetest collection of colourful and bright plates for sale. I love the festive ones that has the bright bunting around it, wouldn't you just love to have a food off a plate such as this? It would surely brighten my day!

Whimsy Whimsical

How darling! I am in love with this gorgeous, sweet shop Whimsy Whimsical, filled with incredibly cute animal illustrations on stickers, tags and cards. Naturally I couldn't resist admiring the adorable bunny illustrations, but I must say the foxes are a very close favourite :)

One more week to go! In the spirit of Valentine's Day coming up, I thought I would share these gorgeous remakes of the Keep Calm and Carry On posters which are just perfect for the occassion. I am so bad when it comes to gift ideas, so not only do I still have Neil's birthday coming up Saturday, there's also Valentine's Day gifts I am struggling with! Anyone in the same boat?

+wondermilk.

Oh me, oh my. Someone buy me a plane ticket to Malaysia and I will shout you a coffee and a cupcake at this adorable little cafe/hangout/clothing/knick knacks/quirky goodness store, +wondermilk. I don't think I have ever been this excited to go visit Malaysia, but now I sure have a good enough reason, don't you think?

What started out as a group of creative graduates combining their skills and passion to explore a new and innovative ways of designing, it has expanded into this wonderful cafe. This is seriously all my loves smooshed into one ball of goodness: design, art, lomography (they even sell these here!), quirky knick knacks (that comes from owning our jewellery & giftsware store), coffee...and CUPCAKES! I suppose it's a good thing there isn't a store like this here because I would be spending all my time and money in here :)

So inspiration achieved for going downstairs now and making some cupcakes!
