Wow, November! I don't get how this year went by so quickly...how, how, how?? It's been six months since we started out in Melbourne and despite the many sleepless nights of worry and stress of finding jobs, missing family & friends, finding a home and settling in a new country, I am happy to say it was all worth it! Exploring a new city, finding incredible spots to stop for food & drink and meeting new people has made this adventure rather exciting.
This past week, Neil and I have been lucky enough to have not only one, but two of our loved ones pop over to Melbourne. And with the weather clearing up and settling into Summer weather, we couldn't resist but head on over to the lovely suburb of St Kilda and enjoy an ice cold beer and refreshing ice cream while walking along the beach.

Ah it looks so warm down there! Good to hear that the excitement is overriding the stress--thinking about moving the US from the UK next summer with my boyfriend and it's comforting to hear! x
