The Honey Trees

I came across The Honey Trees a couple of weeks ago and fell in love with their sweet music. But it wasn't until today, that I realized that the talented photographer/videographer, that did the filming and editing for their video, To Be With You, is the vocalist's brother, Simon Filip. What a talented family! I love everything about this music video, it has a story which evolves, beautiful scenery, gorgeous wardrobe and best of all, fantastic music.

Oh my, this Much Love Monday I am obliged to do a post on music that I would put to my life's soundtrack, or as Barney Stinsen would say, my "get psyched" list.

I am absolutely loving John Mayer's version of Free Falling, along with his older one, Say. But that song specifically has been on repeat for me this whole last week. If you ever get the chance to see him perform live, don't miss it! He is one crazy musician.

Meet Kimbra. A pure talent!

I first got introduced to her music some years ago, as one of my friends took me along to one of her shows, as she knows her. After that first show, I got hooked! So a year or two ago she made the move to Australia to pursue music further, and this is what came out of it. How incredible! Her music has evolved incredibly since the last I heard of her, and her live shows are incredible! Check out her myspace page for more info on her upcoming shows.
