These are just a few snapshots taken and shared on Instagram (my username is @ilana_mcmorran) lately. For the most part, as you can see, we've been making the most of refreshing Summer cocktails, ciders and baking! I have to say although I am enjoying the Summer and the sunshine, there's always a part of me that looks forward to Winter. I've seen so many lovely ladies coats online and on top of that I follow folk on Instagram that's currently experiencing Winter, it makes me want to stock up on Winter goodies ahead of time.
It feels like the pace of this year has been set and it's just going to get even more exciting! I've been spending a lot of time making lists, setting goals and dreaming about things to come this year and further ahead in the future. And I have to say, it's the greatest feeling in the world when you let your mind wander beyond the possible into the impossible. You don't always have to be sure of how exactly you will get to the end result, as long as you enjoy the journey. It's a year to try new things, be brave and LIVE!

ReplyDeleteI know what you mean, all my UK friends are all snuggled up in all their layers and I am just lusting after that! I love wrapping up... instead I am taking as many layers off as possible to deal with this Aussie heat!! Eurgh!!
